**Key Responsibilities:**
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests with professionalism and empathy.
- Provide accurate information about our products or services to customers.
- Assist customers in resolving issues and concerns, ensuring their satisfaction.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed customer service goals.
- Actively participate in training programs and ongoing learning initiatives.
**Qualifications:**
- Strong communication skills in Urdu and English.
- Customer-focused attitude with a strong desire to help and assist.
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work well in a team.
- Basic computer skills.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not mandatory.

- Location: Lahore, Pakistan
- Salary: 30,000 to 40,000 PKR per month + commission
- Probation Period: 3 months
- Working Hours: 11:00 AM to 9:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)
