Job Title: Field Engineer/Technician – ATM Service

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide on-site technical support and maintenance for ATMs across various regions (Quetta).
- Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of ATM hardware and software.
- Ensure timely and effective resolution of technical issues to minimize downtime and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Conduct installations, upgrades, and decommissioning of ATMs and related equipment.
- Maintain accurate service logs, reports, and documentation.
- Collaborate with the team and management to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and operational procedures.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Diploma or Bachelor in Electronics, IT, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of hands-on experience with ATM hardware, software, installation, and troubleshooting.
- Strong technical understanding of ATM systems, components, and network configurations.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple service tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies in the fintech industry.
