Key Responsibilities:

• Train and Mentor: Share your expertise in graphic design with students, guiding them to master the Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant design tools.
• Curriculum Development: Develop and deliver engaging training modules that cover essential design principles, including typography, colour theory, and layout design.
• Practical Projects: Provide hands-on experience by involving students in real-world projects, such as creating social media content, web banners, and email templates.
• UI/UX Focus: Educate students on the latest UI/UX principles, ensuring they can design user-friendly and aesthetically pleasing interfaces.
• Continuous Support: Offer ongoing support and feedback to students, helping them to improve and succeed in their design careers.

Requirements:

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design) and other design tools.
• Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, and layout design.
• Ability to create visually compelling graphics that align with brand guidelines.
• Experience in digital design, including social media content, web banners, and email templates.
• Knowledge of UI/UX principles with hands-on experience in designing user interfaces.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills to explain complex design concepts clearly.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in graphic design.
• A bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field is preferred.
