Position Overview:
We are seeking a Female Bidder to work onsite at our Bahadurabad office during the night shift. The ideal candidate will have experience in bidding on platforms like Upwork, possess excellent communication skills, and be able to effectively understand and communicate client requirements related to website development and design.
Key Responsibilities:
- Bid on relevant projects on Upwork and other freelance platforms.
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and project requirements.
- Prepare proposals and ensure timely follow-up with potential clients.
- Collaborate with the development team to deliver tailored solutions.
- Maintain a strong client relationship throughout the project lifecycle.
- Proven experience in bidding on Upwork or similar platforms.
- Strong knowledge of website development and design.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to understand client requirements and translate them into actionable tasks.
- Willingness to work night shifts.

Job Type: Full-time
