Palladium Pakistan is a private limited company registered with the SECP and implementing projects across all provinces in Pakistan including Sindh, KPK, GB, Federal, Balochistan and Punjab. The project aimed at strengthening Pakistan's healthcare system, thereby decreasing the burden of illness and saving lives.
We are in process of procurement of Rent a Car Services on daily & Monthly Basis.
Please submit your sealed quotation in accordance with the requirements detailed below:
Please deliver sealed quotes addressing to the "Procurement Committee at 3rd Floor Jang Building, Fazal e Haq Road, East Blue Area, Islamabad by COB Monday, 2nd of September 2024. Please mention subject Proposal for "Rent a Car Services".
Description of the Services:
A: Daily Rent A Car
Palladium Pakistan (Pvt) Ltd., requires following vehicles with driver on a daily rental a car basis as and when required basis inclusive of:
- Fuel
- Driver’s Lodging and Food per day per night
- Tool Taxes
- Parking cost
- Toyota Yaris
- Honda Civic
- Honda City
- Hiace High Roof/ Grand Cabin Air-Conditioned Van 12-15
- Toyota Coaster Saloon
- Toyota Double Cabin Vigo / Revo
- Lexus LX or any other
- Toyota Land Cruiser V8 or similar
- Toyota Land Cruiser TX
- Toyota Fortuner
- Luxury Buss Daewoo or any other equivalant
- Bullet Proof 4x4 (Mention Make Model)
Please ensure the bellow while preparing quotation:
- With driver and fuel daily rental of vehicle. (Per Kilometer Rate Required)
- Overnight charges of driver
- List of network offices in Pakistan.
- Vehicles should not be older than 3 years
- One Year Validity of rates should be mentioned.
- Vehicles will be provided on as and when required basis.
- Vehicles should be comprehensively insured with third party damages coverage
- Clearly mention driver’s overnight stay charges where applicable. Where vendor’s branch is available not applicable.

- Toyota Double Cabin Revo
Insurance: Comprehensive Insurance with Tracker
Model: 2021 and above models
Driver: Not Required
Fuelling: Palladium Responsibility
Duty Station: Any where in Pakistan
Condition: Excellent
Contract: One year
Payment: Monthly
Repair & Maintenance: Vendor responsibility
Other Terms and Condition of the contract could be, but not limited to these:
- Rates should be valid for one year
- Vehicles will be provided on as and when required basis.
- Palladium Pakistan will be authorize to send vehicles anywhere in Pakistan.
- Palladium Pakistan will not be responsible for any type of damage or loss due to any kind of incident.
- Provide details of your network in major cities of Pakistan.
- Palladium Pakistan reserves the right to reject any or all quotations without assigning any reason.
- All Govt. Taxes will apply.
