- Strategic Planning & Execution:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the company's objectives.
- Oversee the planning and execution of campaigns across digital, traditional, and experiential channels.
- Team Leadership:
- Lead and manage the marketing team, providing direction, support, and mentorship.
- Foster a creative, high-performing, and collaborative work environment.
- Brand Management:
- Develop and manage the company’s brand identity to ensure consistency across all platforms.
- Oversee content creation, ensuring it aligns with brand guidelines and messaging.
- Digital Marketing:
- Lead the digital marketing strategy, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and content marketing.
- Drive the optimization of digital channels to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and conversions.
- Market Research & Analytics:
- Conduct regular market research to identify new opportunities and competitive landscape.
- Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, making adjustments based on data insights.
- Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:
- Collaborate with senior leadership and other departments to align marketing efforts with business goals.
- Maintain relationships with external agencies, vendors, and partners to ensure effective campaign execution.
- Budget Management:
- Manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources across various marketing initiatives.
- Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies.
- Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills.
- Expertise in digital marketing tools and platforms (Google Analytics, SEM, SEO, social media tools).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Pay: Rs150,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per month
