Responsibilities:

• Ensure LOKAL Room standards and services are consistently up to mark by conducting quality checks as per standard operating procedures.
• Address guest requests and handle complaints within specified timeframes to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of upcoming bookings, update hotel records, and submit quality assurance reports in a timely manner.
• Cultivate strong inter-departmental relationships within the hotel and across the LOKAL Rooms chain.

Requirements:

• Graduate/Diploma in hotel Industry or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in the hotel industry.
• Minimum 1 year of international experience is preferred.
• Detail-oriented with strong communication skills.
• Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience in housekeeping and front office operations is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs150,000.00 - Rs175,000.00 per month
