LOKAL Rooms & LOKAL Owned Properties
We are a network of hotel rooms that provide quality, reliability, and standards on a budget. We partner with local hotels, take up some of their inventory, upgrade their rooms, upgrade their standards of service, and make them available to the world through our platforms.
Job Description:

• To lead the expansion and growth of Lokal in assigned regions. Lokal works in collaboration with existing hotels across Pakistan so the candidate will have to develop connections, control acquisitions, and end-to-end acquisition cycle as well as manage zonal supply trends, research, reliability, and retention
• Lead and execute the transformation blueprint including activation, training, and implementation in coordination with all internal and external stakeholders
• Manage all Network Hotels in the assigned regions including supply performance, relationship management with Network Hotel, and operational optimization. Managing KPIs, troubleshooting, and reporting day-to-day performance and issues
• Chart growth strategy for expansion in assigned region to achieve high-efficiency Supply Growth in line with market dynamics and flow of demand based on intensive market research
• Develop new projects through curation and off-shoots of new and existing partnerships, generating new business streams through horizontal growth
• To lead the expansion and growth of Lokal properties in assigned regions across Pakistan the candidate will have to develop connections, control acquisitions, and end-to-end acquisition cycle as well as manage zonal supply trends, research, reliability, and retention

Qualifications

• Bachelors / Masters's Education
• Minimum 2 - 3+ years of sales or tourism and hospitality experience
• Preference will be given to the candidates from the Tourism and Hospitality Industry
