Position Title: HR Assistant
Position Based In: DHA, Karachi – Pakistan

Experience: 1-3 years
Job Description:
* Collect daily, weekly or monthly timesheets.
* Calculate bonuses, advances and allowances.
* Prepare employees’ compensation by the end of each month using payroll software.
* Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise.
* Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form.
* Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies.
* Undertake tasks around performance management.
* Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes
* Conduct employee onboarding and conduct training & development sessions.
Skills:
· Strong communication and Interpersonal Skills.
· Analytical and Persuasive Skills.
· MS Office. (Excel)
