Job Responsibilities:
We are looking for a candidate with the following HR executive skills:
● Handle recruitment, on-boarding, and employee relations.
● Support performance management and training initiatives.
● Handle payroll management.
● Support HR with administrative tasks such as maintaining employee files, managing
databases, and processing paperwork.
● Gain exposure to employee relations, benefits administration, and company policies.
● Stay current on HR trends and best practices through research or attending relevant
workshops (if applicable).
Job Specification:
A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or a relevant field.
● At least minimum 2 years of work experience in HR Executive.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
● Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks effectively, and take initiative.
● Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point).
● Stay updated on HR trends.
