Job Title: HR Intern
Location: Lahore, Pakistan
Duration: 3 months (Leading to job)
Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to support our Human Resources team. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions while working in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the recruitment process, including screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidate communications.
• Support onboarding activities for new hires, including preparation of orientation materials and scheduling training sessions.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
• Assist with employee engagement initiatives and events.
• Conduct research on HR best practices and industry trends.
• Help prepare HR reports and presentations.
• Perform other administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point).
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A keen interest in HR and employee relations.
