We are seeking a HR Junior with strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn. Responsible for recruitment, onboarding, and HR administration tasks. Support team in fostering positive employee relations.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare content for social media posts and activities.
• Update our internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment forms.
• Gather payroll data like leaves, working hours, and bank accounts.
• Screen resumes and application forms.
• Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates.
• Post, update, and remove job ads from job boards, careers pages, and social networks.
• Prepare HR-related reports as needed (like training budgets by the department.)
• Address employee queries about benefits (like several remaining vacation days.)
• Review and distribute company policies in digital formats or hard copies.
• Participate in organizing company events and career days.

Requirements and skills:

• Experience in a junior HR role is a plus.
• Must be Authoritative.
• Familiarity with resume databases.
• Experience with MS Office and online sheets.
• Good understanding of full-cycle recruiting.
• Basic knowledge of labor legislation.
• Organizational skills.
• Administrative skills are a plus.
• Good understanding of social media platforms.
• BSc in Human Resources Management or a similar field.

Location: Nasheman-e-Iqbal Phase 2, Near Valencia Town, Lahore, Punjab 54000, Pakistan
It's an onsite job only, Office Timings are 2 pm to 11 pm, 5 days a week.
