Job Summary:
As an HR Manager, you will be responsible for managing the full spectrum of HR functions including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. You will work closely with leadership to develop strategies that promote a positive work culture and support the growth and development of our employees.

Job Summary:
As an HR Manager, you will be responsible for managing the full spectrum of HR functions including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and compliance. Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment & Onboarding: Lead the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding of new hires. Ensure a smooth and positive experience for candidates and new employees.
- Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns. Mediate and resolve conflicts, fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Performance Management: Develop and implement performance review processes. Work with department heads to provide feedback and coaching to employees for continuous development.
- Training & Development: Identify training needs and coordinate professional development programs. Support employees in their growth and career progression.
- Compensation & Benefits: Oversee payroll processing, benefits administration, and compensation strategies to ensure they are competitive and aligned with industry standards.
- HR Compliance: Ensure the company’s HR policies and procedures comply with local, state, and federal laws. Stay up-to-date with labor regulations and best practices.
- Culture & Engagement: Promote employee engagement initiatives and contribute to the development of a positive workplace culture. Organize team-building activities and events.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- years of experience in HR, with a focus on recruitment, employee relations, and performance management
- Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Experience with HR software and systems (e.g., HRIS, ATS)
- SHRM or PHR certification is a plus
