Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced IELTS/PTE Instructor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging and effective instruction to students preparing for the IELTS and PTE exams. This role requires a deep understanding of the test formats, exceptional teaching skills, and a passion for helping students succeed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct Classes: Teach IELTS and PTE preparation courses to students of varying proficiency levels, utilizing effective teaching methodologies and materials.
• Develop Curriculum: Create and update course content, practice materials, and mock tests to ensure alignment with the latest test formats and requirements.
• Assess Progress: Evaluate student performance through regular assessments and provide constructive feedback to help students improve their skills.
• Provide Guidance: Offer personalized advice and support to students, addressing their individual needs and concerns regarding test preparation.
• Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest changes and trends in IELTS and PTE testing to ensure the highest quality of instruction.
• Maintain Records: Track student progress and attendance, and provide regular reports to management.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field will be preferred. A Master’s degree is a plus point.
• Experience: Proven experience in teaching IELTS and/or PTE preparation courses. Previous experience with test preparation or in an educational setting is highly desirable.
• Certification: Relevant teaching certifications or training in IELTS/PTE preparation are preferred. Personal IELTS scores are required for consideration.
• Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in an accessible manner. Proficiency in using teaching tools and technology.
• Passion: A genuine enthusiasm for teaching and helping students achieve their goals.
