This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative located in Karachi. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for assisting customers via phone, email, and chat, identifying and assessing customers' needs, resolving issues efficiently, and ensuring customer satisfaction on each interaction. The Customer Service Representative will also maintain accurate records and data on customer interactions and provide feedback to improve customer experiences and service quality.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service and customer support skills
- Available to work in evenings and nights
- Experience in managing customer experiences and ensuring customer satisfaction
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups of people
- Attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with customer service software, databases, and tools
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs90,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
