IT Business Development Manager

We are currently seeking an IT Business Development Manager to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for increasing Vidizmo's market size by working in partnership with Vidizmo's business development and sales teams, increasing the number of sales-qualified leads through brand development, end-user, and channel (partner, reseller, distributor) marketing.

VIDIZMO products include Enterprise Tube and Digital Evidence Management System (DEMS). VIDIZMO DEMS helps public safety organizations to store, manage, process and digital evidence, while Enterprise Tube empowers customers to deliver Live as well as On-Demand Video Streaming to their audience, store and share multimedia content as well as perform Video and Audio Analysis using artificial intelligence.



Responsibilities:

  • Lead Sales Development Executive Team responsible for proactively identifying and reaching out to potential leads through email and phone calls to create a pipeline for Account Executives and help them close deals by constant nurturing
  • Use Zoom Info and Linkedin Navigator to identify VIDIZMO Buyers and engage through targeted emails using Sales Loft Campaigns, generate responses and schedule meetings
  • Learn VIDIZMO products, and customer business and technical challenges, VIDIZMO solutions, identify potential customer and engage in conversations through all available communication channels including email, Linked In, phone calls or other social media avenues.
  • Articulate the VIDIZMO value proposition by educating prospects about VIDIZMO full suite of solutions
  • Focus on the value that VIDIZMO brings to an organization vs. just the technical functionality by understanding the pain points that prospective customers are currently experiencing
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to uncover and pursue new sales opportunities
  • Create trust and credibility with both internal and external stakeholders


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field with past experience in similar job roles
  • Minimum 5 years of hands on experience in Business Development generating leads and helping closing enterprise sales
  • Track record of collaborating closely with product marketing management and sales
  • Technical ability to understand technology & software product , tools and technologies used to run business development
  • Strong understanding of related marketing functions, including digital and creative
  • Hands-on with VIDIZMO products to be able to demonstrate , use all tools and technologies used in process and also mentor Jr. team members, working with them side by side, helping them achieve their individual and team targets
  • Excellent written and oral communication, including presentation, product demonstration, and facilitation skills
