Position: IT Executive
Shift: Rotational
Key Responsibilities:

• System Management:
• Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and hardware.
• Ensure the security and integrity of IT systems and data.
• Implement and monitor system updates, patches, and upgrades.
• Technical Support:
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Assist employees with IT-related problems and provide training as needed.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for repairs and support.
• Project Management:
• Assist in the planning and execution of IT projects, including system upgrades and new implementations.
• Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources.
• Documentation and Reporting:
• Maintain accurate documentation of IT systems, processes, and configurations.
• Prepare and present regular reports on IT performance, system issues, and project status.
• Compliance and Security:
• Ensure IT systems comply with industry regulations and company policies.
• Implement and monitor security measures to protect against cyber threats.
• Collaboration:
• Work closely with other departments to understand their technology needs and provide solutions.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to strategic IT planning.

Qualifications:

• Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience:
• Proven experience in IT management, technical support, or a related role.
• Experience with network administration, system integration, and troubleshooting.
