IT Executive (Call Center Software Specialist)

Riuman International is a leading company based in Karachi, Pakistan, committed to providing exceptional products and services. We are seeking a skilled and experienced IT Executive with a strong background in call center software to join our dynamic team.
Responsibilities:
Call Center Software Management:
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for call center software systems, including Vicidial, Linkus, and 3CX.
- Install, configure, and maintain call center software applications.
- Troubleshoot and resolve software-related issues, ensuring optimal performance and functionality.
- Monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Manage and maintain the company's network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Ensure network security and implement measures to prevent unauthorized access.
- Troubleshoot network connectivity issues and optimize performance.
- Technical Support:
- Provide technical support to employees, resolving hardware and software issues.
- Assist in the deployment and configuration of new IT equipment.
- System Upgrades:
- Research and recommend upgrades to call center software and hardware systems.
- Implement system upgrades and ensure compatibility with existing infrastructure.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in IT support or network administration.
- Strong knowledge and experience with call center software systems, particularly Dialer, Vicidial, Linkus, and 3CX.
- Proficiency in network administration and troubleshooting.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Certifications in IT support or network administration (e.g., Comp TIA A+, Network+, CCNA).
- Experience with cloud-based solutions and virtualization technologies.
