Responsibilities:
Call Center Software Management:

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for call center software systems, including Vicidial, Linkus, and 3CX.
• Install, configure, and maintain call center software applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve software-related issues, ensuring optimal performance and functionality.
• Monitor system performance and identify areas for improvement.

Network Administration:

• Manage and maintain the company's network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Ensure network security and implement measures to prevent unauthorized access.
• Troubleshoot network connectivity issues and optimize performance.
• Technical Support:
• Provide technical support to employees, resolving hardware and software issues.
• Assist in the deployment and configuration of new IT equipment.
• System Upgrades:
• Research and recommend upgrades to call center software and hardware systems.
• Implement system upgrades and ensure compatibility with existing infrastructure.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in IT support or network administration.
• Strong knowledge and experience with call center software systems, particularly Dialer, Vicidial, Linkus, and 3CX.
• Proficiency in network administration and troubleshooting.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred:

• Certifications in IT support or network administration (e.g., Comp TIA A+, Network+, CCNA).
• Experience with cloud-based solutions and virtualization technologies.
