System360 is seeking technically proficient individuals with strong interpersonal abilities for the role of IT Help Desk Technician.
Responsibilities:

• Daily remote troubleshooting of computers, servers, networking devices, routers, and Firewalls to ensure smooth operations.
• Precise tracking of client service requests within our online ticketing system.
• Handling Global Reception calls and managing call logs.
• Oversight of network usage, security, and system backups.
• Ensuring customer issues are resolved through follow-up.
• Proficiency in TCP/IP and OSI models is required.

Experience:

• 1-2 years of relevant experience in a similar domain.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and ticketing systems.
• Competency in the Windows (8/10/11/Server) environment.
• Strong English communication skills (spoken and written).
• Effective problem-solving and research capabilities.

Position Details:
Full-time | Night Shift | 7pm - 5am | Karachi Pakistan
Cisco/Microsoft certifications are preferred.
Note: Training will be provided.
