Job Description:
We are seeking a creative and motivated Junior Architect to join our Lahore office. The ideal candidate will assist in the design and execution of architectural projects, working closely with senior architects and project teams. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about architecture, eager to learn, and looking to gain hands-on experience in the field.
Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development of architectural designs and detailed drawings.
• Collaborate with the design team to produce 2D and 3D models, renderings, and presentations.
• Support in project documentation, including technical drawings, layouts, and reports.
• Conduct site visits to ensure projects are executed according to design specifications.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project flow.
• Participate in design reviews and provide input during project meetings.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest industry trends, materials, and technologies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
• Proficiency in architectural software such as Auto CAD, Revit, Sketch Up, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Basic knowledge of 3D visualization software (e.g., Lumion, V-Ray).
• Strong design and technical drawing skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• A keen eye for detail and a passion for innovative design.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience in a similar role (fresh graduates with a strong portfolio are encouraged to apply).
• Familiarity with building codes, regulations, and construction practices in Pakistan.
• Experience in sustainable and environmentally friendly design practices is a plus.
