We are looking for a Graphic Designer who excels in visual storytelling and creates compelling designs that stand out. As a key member of our design team, you will collaborate with senior creatives to produce impactful visuals that enhance our marketing efforts for both startups and established brands across Pakistan and Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:
Design and Visual Storytelling:

• Create engaging visual content for various platforms, including social media, websites, and digital campaigns, that aligns with brand guidelines and client objectives.
• Develop design solutions using Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and other design tools.
• Utilize animation and motion graphics to enhance visual storytelling and create dynamic content according to client briefs

Collaboration and Creativity:

• Work closely with creative and design team to translate concepts into high-quality visual assets.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas to support marketing campaigns and brand initiatives for clients
• Stay up to date with design trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to bring fresh ideas and innovation to the table.

Design Innovation and Experimentation:

• Leverage AI tools such as Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, or similar to push the boundaries of creative design and develop cutting-edge visuals.
• Experiment with new design techniques, tools, and platforms to continuously elevate the quality of creative output.
• Ensure all design work is visually compelling, consistent, and meets the highest standards of quality.

Brand Consistency and Quality Control:

• Maintain a keen eye for detail to ensure all design elements align with the client brand identity and guidelines.
• Implement feedback from team members, clients, and stakeholders to refine and perfect designs.

Skills and Experience Required:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Design, Multimedia Design, Visual Arts, Communication Design, or a related field.
• Experience: 2-3 years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio of creative work across multiple formats

• Technical Proficiency:
• Strong command of Figma, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and other relevant design tools.
• Familiarity with and experience in creating animations/motion graphics
• Experience with AI tools such as Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, or similar for innovative design solutions is a plus
• Core Skills:
• Keen eye for detail and a strong sense of visual aesthetics.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively
• Self-motivated with a genuine passion for design and emerging technologies in digital marketing

Work Location: Karachi, on-site preferred, but flexible for the right candidate.
