Key Responsibilities:
Creative Leadership:

• Lead and deliver compelling pitches that expand business relationships and drive agency growth.
• Develop creative solutions that align with client goals, internal objectives, budget, and timelines.
• Produce innovative work that consistently exceeds client expectations.

Strategy:

• Understand client briefs, objectives, and KPIs; conduct research to inform strategy.
• Develop ideas grounded in strategic insights, contribute to storytelling, and validate recommendations with strong rationale.
• Pivot strategies and adjust approaches as needed to achieve outstanding results.

Art Direction:

• Work as a lead designer, as well as in close partnership with the design team to create on-brand and forward-thinking visuals
• Stay current with industry trends, cultural movements, and best practices to ensure top-tier creative output.

Creative Process:

• Drive innovation by translating ideas into creative outputs that meet client needs.
• Lead brainstorming sessions to generate solutions for clients.
• Manage resources, including freelancers and/or external resources/partners, to deliver high-quality creative materials.
• Reflect on creative pitches and projects to identify key learnings and improve future work.

People Management and Growth:

• Foster a culture of curiosity and continuous improvement within the team
• Mentor and guide team members to help them grow with you

Skills and Experience Required:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Design, or a related field.
• Experience: 2-3+ years of experience with a strong portfolio showcasing experiential marketing projects, strategy, copywriting, and design.
• Tools/Software: Must command expert level knowledge of Adobe photoshop, and illustrator, as well be comfortable using AI/ and other innovative design tools
• Core Skills:
• Excellent communicator and storyteller with the ability to convey ideas verbally and visually.
• Strong listener who integrates insights into project work.
• Strategic thinker with a visually compelling perspective.
• Multitasker capable of managing multiple projects and resources effectively.
• Ambitious, adaptable self-starter with a passion for innovation.
• Collaborative team player who seamlessly integrates feedback while maintaining project objectives.

Work Location: Karachi, on-site preferred, but flexible for the right candidate.
Hybrid schedule (1-2 days in the office per week) with travel up to 25%.
