Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and energetic Junior Sales & Support Executive to join our RSP Campaign team. The ideal candidate will support sales initiatives, assist customers with inquiries, and ensure smooth execution of the campaign. This role involves direct communication with clients, handling queries, and providing exceptional service while meeting sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in driving sales and achieving campaign targets.
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other channels.
Provide product/service information and resolve customer issues.
Collaborate with the team to enhance customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of sales and customer interactions.
Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Basic knowledge of sales techniques.
Customer service experience is a plus.
