Negotiating (close deals and handle complaints or objections)

Communicating effectively with the support person
Target achievement
Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share it with internal teams
JOB SPECIFICATION:
Must have 6 months to 2 years of call centre experience in any campaign
Customer dealing
English fluency
MS Office
Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
Qualification: Intermediate minimum
O A levels preferred
Shifts: Morning/Night
Timings: 08:00 AM to 05:00 PM / 09:00 PM to 06:00 AM
Days: Monday to Saturday
Salary: Upto 70,000 PKR.
LOCATION: DHA Phase V, Khadda Market, Karachi, Pakistan.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs70,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Karachi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
