Role Summary:
As an International Recruitment Intern, you will play a crucial role in supporting our recruitment team by sourcing, screening, and attracting international candidates. This internship offers hands-on experience in global talent acquisition, giving you the opportunity to develop essential skills in recruitment strategy, international hiring processes, and candidate management. Leading to a full time job depending on performance.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in sourcing and identifying potential candidates for global roles through various channels (job boards, social media, etc.)
- Support the recruitment team in managing candidate databases and tracking applications
- Coordinate with international candidates for interviews and follow-ups
- Conduct initial screening of candidates to assess qualifications and fit for roles
- Help draft and post job descriptions for international roles
- Stay updated on global recruitment trends and best practices
- Provide administrative support to the recruitment team as needed
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, or related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment
- Interest in global talent acquisition and recruitment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs40,000.00 per month
