Role Summary:
As a Sales Intern, you will play a critical role in supporting our sales team by prospecting, writing proposals, cold calling, handling email outreach, and delivering presentations. You will receive comprehensive training in sales techniques, including closing deals, building rapport, and handling pressure, to develop key skills for your future career in sales.
This internship will provide you with hands-on experience, allowing you to contribute to the sales cycle while working closely with senior members of the team. You will not report to any client directly but will report to your mentor or team lead, depending on the situation.
Responsibilities:
  • Prospecting: Research and identify potential leads based on company needs.
  • Email Writing: Craft compelling and professional emails for outreach.
  • Proposal Writing: Develop clear and effective proposals tailored to clients' needs.
  • Cold Calling: Initiate outreach to prospective clients through phone calls.
  • Sales Presentations: Assist in creating and delivering presentations/demos to potential clients.
  • Sessions & Trainings: Participate in sales sessions and training programs to enhance your knowledge and skills.
  • Closing & Negotiation: Learn to navigate the process of closing deals by working closely with senior team members.
  • Rapport Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospects and internal stakeholders.
  • Innovation: Contribute creative ideas and solutions to improve sales processes.
  • Pressure Handling: Manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines and maintain composure.
  • Reporting: Provide regular updates to your mentor or team leader on progress and results.
To Qualify You Will Need:
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a keen interest in sales.
  • Ability to handle rejection and work under pressure.
  • Basic understanding of sales and prospecting.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced sales environment.

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs40,000.00 per month
