Micro Agility Services (Pvt) Ltd. was established in 2015 in Islamabad, Pakistan to offer Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) Solutions to the businesses located in the US and Canada. Micro Agility Services enjoys rich business collaborations with well-known clients in these markets due to its staff’s comprehensive knowledge of offshore business operation. We are currently seeking an experienced, dynamic, and collaborative Business Development Executive. Join our talented team and play a pivotal role in Micro Agility Services.
What You’ll Do:
You will focus on strengthening brand presence and driving sales through strategic relationship building and client engagement. Your duties will include planning, implementing, digital marketing campaigns of designated profile across all digital networks.
- Identify and target potential clients through various lead generation methods. Utilize market research and networking to locate and engage with decision-makers within targeted sectors.
- Focus on building and maintaining strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, ensuring a thorough understanding of their business needs and how Micro Agility can meet them.
- Schedule and conduct meetings, presentations, and conference calls with prospects and clients to discuss Micro Agility’s services and their potential benefits.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing. Engage clients during and after the sales process to ensure satisfaction and identify further business opportunities.
- Monitor sales performance and client engagement metrics. Report findings to the management team to inform business strategies and adjust sales tactics as necessary.
- Proficiency in creating compelling social media strategies, emails and Linked In messages to engage potential clients.
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop materials and strategies that support sales efforts. Collaborate with service delivery teams to ensure that client commitments are met.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in a role that encompasses the full sales cycle within the technology consulting industry or technology staffing industry.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred.
- Knowledge of U.S or Canadian market is plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to clearly articulate the value proposition and engage effectively with all levels of business contacts.
- Has a finger on the pulse of what's happening in Sales newer methodologies, with an insatiable hunger for learning.
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.
- Demonstrated ability to understand and anticipate client needs and build lasting relationships.
- Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas and overcoming obstacles in the sales process.
- Experience with Hub Spot software.
- Industry knowledge relevant to the services offered by Micro Agility.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
