Key Account Manager - B2B

About Us:
Velets Furniture is a leading furniture store with a niche focus on bed frames, dining tables, dining chairs, and other home furniture. With locations in Toronto and Chicago, we partner with e Commerce Cave, a Karachi-based IT and outsourcing firm, and maintain a back office in Karachi, Pakistan.
Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Account Manager – B2B to manage and grow our relationships with current B2B customers, while working to onboard new clients. This role requires excellent customer service skills, as the Account Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for all B2B clients regarding their orders, payments, deliveries, and any related queries.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing B2B customers.
  • Actively pursue new B2B client opportunities.
  • Serve as a dedicated point of contact for client inquiries related to orders, payments, and deliveries.
  • Provide timely customer support and ensure smooth communication with clients.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and efficient service.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in account management, particularly in the B2B sector.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Experience in the furniture or home goods industry is a plus.
  • Preferably based in Karachi (Gulistan-e-Johar or Gulshan Area). willing to work closely with teams in Toronto, and Chicago.
  • Weekend availability is must
  • Multitasking and follow up OCD - Excellent communication skills, Natural or native north American communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs65,000.00 per month
