Lead Generation Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
Pay: Rs55,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers via an automatic dialing system; potential customers are interested in obtaining loans.
- Follow scripted processes to guide clients through loan procedures and identify opportunities for financial planning.
- Maintain and organize leads, keeping the CRM system data clean and up-to-date.
- Strong command of English grammar (spoken, written, listening).
- Demonstrate proficiency with Microsoft Office and possess strong analytical skills with a willingness to learn.
- Perform under pressure while ensuring quality and attention to detail.
- Exhibit motivation, target-driven mindset, and a proven track record in sales.
- Think creatively and work independently and collaboratively.
- Proactively meet targets and deadlines while maximizing earnings potential.
- 3-4 years of relevant sales experience.
- CRM experience is a plus.
- Full-time (Pakistan Standard Time)
- Monday to Thursday: 1:55 PM - 11:30 PM
- Friday and Saturday: 3:00 PM - 9:00 PM
- PKR 55,000 - 60,000/month (+ bonus)
- Full-time position
- Relocation/commute: Candidates must be able to reliably commute or plan to relocate to Islamabad before starting work.
