Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers via an automatic dialing system; potential customers are interested in obtaining loans.
• Follow scripted processes to guide clients through loan procedures and identify opportunities for financial planning.
• Maintain and organize leads, keeping the CRM system data clean and up-to-date.
• Strong command of English grammar (spoken, written, listening).
• Demonstrate proficiency with Microsoft Office and possess strong analytical skills with a willingness to learn.
• Perform under pressure while ensuring quality and attention to detail.
• Exhibit motivation, target-driven mindset, and a proven track record in sales.
• Think creatively and work independently and collaboratively.
• Proactively meet targets and deadlines while maximizing earnings potential.

Experience Requirements:

• 3-4 years of relevant sales experience.
• CRM experience is a plus.

Shift Timings:

• Full-time (Pakistan Standard Time)
• Monday to Thursday: 1:55 PM - 11:30 PM
• Friday and Saturday: 3:00 PM - 9:00 PM

Compensation:

• PKR 55,000 - 60,000/month (+ bonus)
• Full-time position
• Relocation/commute: Candidates must be able to reliably commute or plan to relocate to Islamabad before starting work.
