• Drafting and submitting documents in relation to SECP
• Help the Legal team with Regulatory body compliances (including drafting PNOCs, cover letters etc)
• Maintaining proper IMS of all legal documents, updating portals like Axon,
  Conga etc.
• Help with Compliances (including IFRS 15, red/Green Lists, Information Use control (IUC), Control sheets, supporting documents etc)
• Help teams with client/vendor audit and provide ancillary documentation.
• Maintaining excel sheets for all clients/vendors/NOCs etc
• Keeping up to date with changes in laws/regulatory regulations
• Help with Miscellaneous paperwork (scanning, printing, filing and dispatching documents)

• Students doing their bachelors in law and are currently in their second or third last semesters.

• Studies in Company law, contract law is preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work successfully with teams, handling multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines under pressure
• Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Great knowledge in Excel & Power Point
• Eager to learn more about how an in-house legal department works
