- Prepare and maintain detailed import/Export documentation and ensure all paperwork is accurate and readily available for audits.
- Develop and maintain relationships with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and customs brokers.
- Prepare and review shipping documents, including bills of lading, commercial invoices, and customs declarations.
- Resolve any issues or delays that may arise during the shipping process, liaising with relevant parties to find solutions.
- Ensure timely and accurate import/Export processes and paperwork.
- Coordinate import/Export shipment activities, including customs clearance and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with all local and international trade regulations, including customs laws and import/Export tariffs.
- Ensuring the smooth operation of the supply chain in the organization
- Must have knowledge of We BOC, Custom Duty, and PSW
