Responsibilities:

• Bid Management: Identify and respond to logo design project opportunities on freelance platforms and job boards.
• Client Engagement: Build relationships with potential clients, understand their needs, and present our logo design services.
• Proposal Writing: Craft compelling proposals and negotiate terms to win contracts.
• Sales Strategy: Develop and implement strategies to increase project acquisition and meet sales targets.
• Reporting: Track and report on bid success rates and project progress.

Requirements:

• Experience: Proven track record in freelance bidding or sales, ideally in the design or creative industry. One year of relevant experience is preferred.
• Skills: Strong proposal writing, negotiation, and client communication skills.
• Knowledge: Familiarity with logo design processes and industry trends.
• Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and manage multiple bids effectively.
