HR Specialist with Design Skills

Shift: 8 hours, Monday to Saturday (Public holidays off)
Salary: 45,000 to 50,000
We are seeking a reliable and versatile HR Specialist with strong design skills to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a professional network to source and attract talented candidates and the ability to create engaging visual content for daily postings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding new hires.
- Maintain a positive and motivated work environment by organizing employee engagement activities and addressing employee concerns.
- Design visually appealing content for daily social media posts and internal communications.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
- Keep employee records up to date and ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Assist in performance management and employee development initiatives.
- Proven experience in HR with a strong understanding of recruitment and employee relations.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva) for creating daily posts and other visual content.
- Strong professional network and ability to source qualified candidates.
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative ideas for employee motivation and engagement.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Male candidates only.
- Must be able to work an 8-hour shift from Monday to Saturday.
- Public holidays off.
Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
