Aspen Technology Group a US based company is looking to establish several ventures in United States. To support USA ventures, we have established organization structure in Pakistan with name of Cbeyond Private Limited to drive the platform development, product development, customer support and marketing organization structure.
To support our product launched in the United State (second phase in Europe). We need a candidate that can lead our marketing efforts and manage our marketing campaign.
This candidate should have qualifications, a minimum of a bachelor’s degree and five plus years of leadership experience in digital marketing in a reputable company that supports customers in the USA or global markets. The candidate should possess effective communication skills in spoken and written English, should have following digital marketing related skills and experience.
Deep understanding of SCO function:
Thorough understanding of SCO function. Able to give direction to Search Engine Optimization (SEO) team and Search Engine Marketing (SEM) members
Social media marketing
The candidate needs to have a good understanding of all the social media platforms to post content and reach out to an audience. Candidate should understand each platform has its own quirks; the candidate needs to know what works and what doesn’t, when and what to post, and how to adjust the tone of your posts to resonate with the different segments of audience that use different platforms. Familiarity within the realm of social media marketing, there are different techniques Digital Marketers can prioritize, including social listening, live-streaming, direct messaging, and hashtagging.
Pay-per-click and social media advertising
Candidate should have experience using Digital Marketer’s budget includes money for advertising, and candidate have experience where he/she know what and where to spend it for maximum impact. This includes both ad placement in various sites around the web — through direct advertising or platforms like Google Ads — as well as social media ads and sponsored posts.
Email marketing
Candidate should have exposed to email campaigns; sending out effective email campaigns.
Marketing analytics
The candidate should have good understanding of know how to use Google Analytics and other data analysis tools. Their detailed information about where your traffic comes from—the most attractive keywords, the most popular times of day, and invaluable data on your audience’s age, gender, and location breakdown, as well as their interests and the devices they’re using to reach you
Managing the Content Writers
Candidates understand content impact and have experience in leadership in directing content writers in writing company blog, excellent storytelling skills (including writing, editing, and visual storytelling) Candidate should have good communication skills to be able to convey ideas not just clearly, but also use different graphic tools in a way that feels compelling to the people you want to attract. Need to be familiar with and able to navigate the backend of Word Press or a similar CMS.
Basic design skills
Candidate can give direction and work with the Graphic Designers or UI/UX Designers, candidate able to perform everyday tasks like selecting and manipulating the images that will appear on the company social media feeds or putting together the layout for an email newsletter. Here, a grasp of basic design skills—including how to organize information for legibility—is a huge asset.
Project leadership
Given their involvement in multifaceted digital campaigns, Digital Marketers candidate need to know how to shepherd these projects through multiple phases, across various channels with diverse deliverables, involving the contributions of many other organization.
Strategic planning
Candidate should be able to have skills to put together a Digital Marketer lays out a multi-phase plan to be deployed over weeks or even months. Knowing how to create marketing strategies that work requires intense planning and a forward, as well as an eye for emerging trends.—both within their own industry and globally.
