Aspen technology, a US based company, is looking to establish several ventures in the Pakistan and other Sian regions to drive the digitalization in B2B and B2C market. Initially we are looking to establish organizational structure in Pakistan with name of Cbeyond Private Limited to drive the platform development, product development, marketing, and other supporting organization structure.
In platform development group, we are looking for senior full stack developers in React.JS (having some experience in React-native and Mobile development is plus) that lead the team in driving the end-to-end platform architecture and development. This will be a Pakistan base B2B and B2C technology platform connecting buyers with suppliers through an intelligent end to end solution.
As a leader and senior developer, managing the entire front end and back end, the development of products that include the development and delivery of technical road map taking into account the need to build or integrate products and platforms that adequately balance the need for speed to market scalability and differentiation by taking end to end responsibility for the product from technology selection to architecture design and delivery as per agreed timelines. Candidate should have broader understanding of available opensource software/tools and can evaluate with pro & cons in utilization of these opensource software stack/tool within the platform architecture.
The candidate should have Bachelors in Computers science, development experience working on 4 to 7 Years focus experience in React development environment preferably with leading product based startup or a very strong inclination to work with a startup advanced technological skill set and a demonstrated history with technology, also should be a Strategic thinker and an effective communicator.
The Job Overview

As a React.js developer, you will implement new features and maintain existing code using React and other standard tools in the React ecosystem. Your duties will include designing software solutions to meet project requirements, maintaining, and refactoring existing code, writing tests, and fixing bugs.
Responsibilities
Below are some of the responsibilities a React.js developer (some exposer to React-Native is plus) is expected to assume in their position:
Maintain existing React systems, including fixing bugs
Design and develop new custom components to meet project requirements
Install and configure server environments for React deployments
Maintain and update project dependencies as well as fix any conflicts
Working with other Java Script developers and software engineers to develop front-end and back-end architecture that’s well-structured and flexible, along with the APIs to support it
Job Qualifications and Skill Sets
Below are the qualifications expected of a React.js developer:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software development, engineering, or a related technical field
Proficient with the latest versions of ECMAScript (Java Script) as well as HTML and CSS
Knowledge of React.JS (some React-Native) and common tools used in the wider React ecosystem, such as Node.js and npm
Familiarity with common programming tools such as Redux, IDEs, RESTful APIs, Git repositories, Type Script, version control software, and remote deployment tools
An understanding of common programming paradigms and fundamental React principles, such as React components, hooks, and the React lifecycle
User authentication and authorization between multiple systems, servers, and environments
Integration of multiple data sources and databases into one system
Creating database schemas that represent and support business processes
Familiarity with SQL/No SQL databases and their declarative query languages
Experience with MVC frameworks (Symfony, Kohana, Code Igniter, Zend, etc.)
Extensive experience with Search Engine Optimization (SEO).
The relational database skills with My SQL
Experience with building restful JSON web services
Knowledge of API's, such as twitter, Facebook, Google maps, Instagram, etc.
Understanding of responsive design frameworks such as bootstrap
Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git, Gethub etc
