5. JOBS DIRECTLY SUPERVISED:

MEAL and communication officer will be responsible for branding and marking of project communication material as per Pak Women and donor policies, will be responsible for designing and composing of different project material and development of 29 TMAs communication plans and provision of technical backstopping for plans implementation.
He/she will be responsible for development of project M & E plan and execution of the plan, regular visits to project six districts to monitor project activities and submitting reports include gaps in implementation and recommendations for improvements. Monthly presentation to Pak Women SMT on project progress and recommendations. He/She will update/develop project data bases, case studies, success stories and log frame. He/She will be responsible for managing project social media accounts, press release, and media visibility. He/She will also be responsible for project documentary recording, branding and marking.
Qualification: Master/ Bachelor in social sciences or media and communication
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in monitoring and evaluation, media communication. Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and experience to develop and run different relevant databases/software. Proven experience in preparing documents and report. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Experience in conducting field visits, data collection, and validation. Experience in monitoring and evaluations, related formats and tools.

- Development and implementation of project M&E plan.
- Monitor and evaluate the progress and impact of the project, ensuring alignment with the set objectives and targets.
- Collect, compile, and analyze data to measure project outcomes and identify key insights.
- Prepare detailed and timely reports for stakeholders, highlighting project achievements, challenges, and areas for improvement.
- Identify and recommend areas for improvement based on data-driven insights and contribute to strategic planning.
- Collaborate closely with the Project Manager to ensure that project goals are met and all donor requirements are fulfilled.
- Develop and implement M&E tools and methodologies to track project performance and impact.
- Conduct regular field visits to monitor activities, validate data, and assess progress.
- Ensure all M&E activities comply with relevant guidelines, ethical standards, and data privacy regulations.
- Support capacity-building initiatives by training project staff on M&E processes, data collection, and reporting.
- Ensure branding and marking of all project communication material aligned with Pak Women and donor policies.
- Develop case studies, stories, and testimonials highlighting project impact in KP.
- Produce eye-catching photos, videos, and documentaries showcasing project works.
- Manage social media platforms, ensuring consistent and engaging content.
- Liaise with project key stakeholders i.e. LGE & RDD, LCB, LGS, TMAs to ensure project visibility and understanding of its activities, projects, and requirements.
- Write briefs, brochures, reports, newsletters, website content, and social media posts.
- Develop IEC (Information, Education, and Communication) materials, manage pictures database, archives, and knowledge management.
- Organize events, develop project communication strategies, and collaborate with the Pak Women’s SMT.
- Ensure media coverage, maintain media lists, and build relationships with local and national journalists and media persons.
- Any task assigned by the program manager.
Use of PC/Laptop, internet, attend emergency meetings, trainings, workshops, seminars, visit to other areas, exposure visits etc.
