Marbly Pakistan is looking for a highly skilled and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in Meta Ads and Google Ads, with a strong track record of managing successful campaigns in local and international markets, particularly in Pakistan, UAE, UK, and the USA. Experience in the e-commerce industry, specifically with apparel-related ads, is crucial to drive performance and achieve optimal results through targeted advertising strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Meta & Google Ads Campaign Management:

• Create, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram) and Google Ads (Search and Display Networks).
• Design strategies targeting specific audiences in Pakistan, UAE, UK, and USA, ensuring high engagement and conversions across these markets.
• Perform A/B testing of creatives, targeting, and placements to improve campaign performance across both platforms.
• Adjust campaigns in real-time based on data insights to lower CPA and maximize ROI.

Data-Driven Optimization:

• Analyze campaign data to track KPIs such as CPC, CTR, CPA, and ROAS for both Meta and Google Ads.
• Make data-informed decisions to optimize campaigns for better performance in local and international markets.
• Continuously monitor and refine targeting, bids, and budget allocations based on market performance.

Creative & Copy Collaboration:

• Collaborate with the design and content teams to create visually engaging ads and compelling ad copy tailored to the target audiences in Pakistan, UAE, UK, and USA.
• Use performance insights to guide creative direction and improve ad impact.

Staying Updated:

• Stay informed about the latest trends, algorithm changes, and best practices for Meta and Google Ads.
• Test new ad formats and approaches to remain competitive and innovative in all targeted markets.

Reporting & Insights:

• Provide detailed performance reports on both Meta and Google Ads campaigns.
• Present actionable insights and campaign performance to the team and leadership, with a focus on results in Pakistan, UAE, UK, and USA.
