Job Summary:
The MTO-Academics role is designed to provide hands-on experience in managing academic operations and curriculum development. The trainee will work closely with academic leadership to understand educational policies, student engagement strategies, and program management, while developing skills necessary to manage and improve academic quality. This role will prepare the individual for future leadership positions within the academic department.
Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in coordinating and organizing academic programs, courses, and curriculum development.
• Collaborate with instructors to schedule classes and ensure proper allocation of resources.
• Support in monitoring and evaluating academic performance and preparing reports on student progress.
• Participate in faculty meetings to understand issues related to teaching methods and course delivery.
• Assist in maintaining and updating academic databases and student records.
• Provide support in student counseling, advising students on academic matters, and facilitating academic workshops.
• Assist in planning and coordinating academic events such as seminars, workshops, and guest lectures.
• Provide feedback and contribute to improving academic processes and systems for enhanced efficiency.
• Support the development and maintenance of academic materials, including course outlines, syllabi, and student handbooks.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Educational Management, IT- related field.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with of experience in academic administration or education management are encouraged to apply.
• Familiarity with academic policies, accreditation standards, and education regulatory bodies is a plus.
• Interest in pursuing a career in academic leadership or education management.

Career Path:

• Upon successful completion of the MTO program, the candidate may transition into a permanent role within the academic department with growth opportunities in academic management or curriculum development.

Pay: Rs10,000.00 - Rs15,000.00 per month
