Below are the details:
_ Sales and marketing experience in the Cosmetics, / FMCG, / Personal Care Products sectors will be preferred._

Below are the details:
- Set sales targets and create strategic plans to drive sales growth and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Setting up and expanding the distribution network across Pakistan.
- Build and lead high-performing teams to meet sales goals and provide excellent service.
- Motivate and develop the team to effectively manage budgets and optimize marketing investments.
- Organize training programs to improve team sales skills and product knowledge.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and new sales techniques.
- Manage the sales budget, including expenses related to travel, marketing materials, and sales promotions, and optimize resources to maximize ROI.
- Business Graduate in Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
- Strong sales growth, business development, and market analysis skills.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- 4-5 years in Cosmetic, FMCG, or Personal Care Products.
- Proven success in developing and implementing national sales strategies.
_ Sales and marketing experience in the Cosmetics, / FMCG, / Personal Care Products sectors will be preferred._
