Job Description: We are looking for a talented, hardworking, and reliable person to manage our Upwork & Freelancer accounts.
- Basic Salary with Commission will awarded, with different commission slabs per the sales and target.
The ideal candidate should be responsible for:
- Win business through (Upwork & Freelancer) for Web Design, SEO, Social Media, Web Development, App Development, and Graphic Design Projects.
- Quality project selection and bidding. - Drafting proposals and customizing each proposal based on the nature of the project. Analyze client requirements and provide appropriate bidding and sales solutions
- Project price estimation, quote, proposal creation, dealing with a client, and closure.
- Estimate the project price based on the requirement gathered.
- Gather client requirements, communicate the requirements with the team and deliver the project to the client within the timeline. Setup portfolio on online portals and websites and get projects through these websites.
Maintain very high ratings on all platforms.
- Maintain healthy relationships with the clients.
- Experience with interacting with clients in the US and UK markets. (1 Year) Must have experience in IT industry Sales background. Skills Required: Exceptional experience in online bidding and sales. Knowledge of drafting business proposals.
- Sound knowledge of written & verbal communication in English. Good understanding of online bidding and sales process. Job Details:
