Key Responsibilities:
- To make adequate preparation of lesson according to the time table and work-plan and presenting it to the students methodically with skill by demonstrating sufficient prepared audiovisual teaching and materials (where applicable) with the help of various tools and equipment.
- Prepares class sessions and assignments to help students grasp course content and how it integrates with overall student learning outcomes for the course.
- Suitably challenge, engage, serve and communicate with students to encourage their participation and learning while maintaining mutual value and respect.
- Select Textbooks and other resources for the class.
- To maintain good order & discipline with your students both inside and outside the classroom.
- Use sign language and visual aids to ensure clear communication and comprehension among students.
- Continuously assess and adjust teaching methods to cater to individual learning needs and pace.
* MA (16 years of education) in Pakistan Studies, or a related field
* Fresh to 4 years of experience working in an educational setting, with experience in special education, preferably for children with hearing impairments.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Passionate about making a difference in the lives of students with special needs.
