Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement a curriculum that introduces students to computer basics, internet safety, and general software usage, adapted for the comprehension and skill level of hearing-impaired students.
• Deliver IT lessons using a blend of instructional strategies, including visual demonstrations, hands-on activities, and group projects.
• Use sign language and visual aids to ensure clear communication and comprehension among students.
• Continuously assess and adjust teaching methods to cater to individual learning needs and pace.
• Regularly assess student progress through practical assignments, projects, and evaluations tailored to track both knowledge retention and skills application.

Requirements:
* BS (16 years of education) in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
* Fresh to 4 years of experience working in an educational setting, with experience in special education, preferably for children with hearing impairments.

• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Passionate about making a difference in the lives of students with special needs.

* Must know Pakistan Sign Language
