Job Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for drafting and arranging a feasible project implementation plan, thoroughly considering key factors in each phase of implementation and improvement, and driving project execution. This includes project scope confirmation, task breakdown, scheduling, risk and issue monitoring and resolution, and stage acceptance.
2. Drive progress in responsible projects, manage, and coordinate feedback on project milestones with the relevant departments.
3. Draft and arrange the project implementation plan, taking key project factors into full consideration, managing the team, and ensuring successful project execution.
4. Manage and develop department members, coordinating project team members to complete project requirement documents.
5. Promote the establishment of project processes, systems, and framework, and prepare training documentation related to company project management.
6. Responsible for the localization of products in Pakistan.
Personal Qualifications:
1. Five years of relevant professional experience with a bachelor’s degree or higher; a master’s degree is preferred.
2. Experience as a product manager in motorcycles, batteries, OA operating systems, or software.
3. Strong communication skills and a sense of responsibility.
4. Proficiency in Chinese is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs200,000.00 - Rs350,000.00 per month
