岗位职责：
1.与外部客户、政府部门、公司内部各相关部门沟通协调，统筹资源，满足客户需求，保证项目顺利进行
2.根据实际情况协调安排相关部门的工作，确保项目在质量、成本和时间方面都能达到既定的目标；
3.合理计划内、外部的资源，包括根据个人的潜质和能力指定团队成员及分派工作；
4.根据与客户协商好的质量、成本和时间的目标，定期审查（最终和中级报告），控制项目在确定的预算范围内；
5.根据项目需要（操作设备、投资等），与项目团队和项目采购沟通合作，合理安排人员，做出制造或购买决定。
任职要求：
1.中文可以作为工作语言，沟通能力强；
2.有团队管理经验，有销售经验优先；
3.了解巴基斯坦本地市场情况，有进出口、摩托车、电池经验者优先；
4.5年相关专业工作经验，本科以上学历，研究生优先。
Working Location:
Lahore (induction training in Beijing, China)
Reponsibilities:
1. Communicate and coordinate with external clients, government departments, and relevant internal departments to allocate resources, meet client needs, and ensure smooth project progress.
2. Coordinate and arrange work for relevant departments based on actual project requirements to ensure the project meets quality, cost, and time objectives.
3. Plan internal and external resources effectively, including assigning team members and tasks based on individual potential and abilities.
4. Regularly review final and intermediate reports to ensure the project stays within the agreed-upon quality, cost, and time objectives and within the established budget.
5. Collaborate with the project team and procurement team on project requirements (such as operational equipment and investments) to make informed staffing and make-or-buy decisions.
Qulifications:
1. Proficient in Chinese as a working language, with strong communication skills.
2. Team management experience; sales experience is a plus.
3. Knowledge of the local market in Pakistan; experience in import/export, motorcycles, or batteries is preferred.
4. 5 years of relevant professional experience with a bachelor’s degree or higher; a master’s degree is preferred.

Pay: Rs300,000.00 - Rs450,000.00 per month
