Role
M-Labs was created with the single minded vision of taking the industry to the next level. We have been working for the past 3 years to create pathways for both students and professionals to approach building games and thrive in the ecosystem.
We are seeking a creative and experienced PMM Lead to lead our team of talented designers in creating compelling storefront graphics and ad creatives that drive user acquisition and engagement for our mobile games. As the PMM Lead, you will be responsible for developing and executing a creative strategy that aligns with our marketing goals, overseeing the production of high-quality creative assets, and ensuring that our creatives are effective across all platforms.
What will you be doing?
- Develop and execute a comprehensive creative strategy for storefront graphics and ad creatives for mobile games, encompassing both static and video formats.
- Oversee the production of high-quality creative assets, from ideation to delivery, ensuring adherence to brand guidelines and creative best practices.
- Manage a team of designers, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing teams to ensure that creative assets are aligned with overall marketing goals and objectives.
- Conduct ongoing research on ad trends, competitor marketing strategies, and successful ad campaigns to stay informed and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Analyze the performance of creative assets across various metrics, to identify areas for optimization.
- Contribute to the professional development and growth of team members by creating and sharing knowledge.
- Break down successful ads to identify key elements and techniques that can be incorporated into our own creative strategies, enhancing the overall effectiveness of our campaigns.
- Develop a playbook for the department based on analysis of creatives being created to ensure best practices and knowledge sharing.
- Create weekly and monthly creative performance reports and present them to the leadership.
- Ability to learn and stay in touch with evolving game standards, latest market and viral trends.
- Familiarity with latest trending gameplay mechanics and successful games across genres.
- Passion for games with hands-on experience playing mobile, console, and PC games.
- Passion for building a thriving game building ecosystem in Pakistan.
- Keen interest in learning and ensuring learning of others in the community.
- Formidable knowledge of business models in the industry.
- Experience with various channels of user acquisition for mobile games including Google, Facebook, Mintegral and Unity Ads.
- Strong understanding of mobile game marketing channels, including app stores, social media, and in-game advertising
- Expertise in storytelling, excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
