Job Title: Production Manager
Location: Karachi, Pakistan
Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Production to join our team. This individual will be responsible for executing the creative vision of our stakeholders, ensuring that all content aligns withcompany's standards for innovation and quality. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English, possess excellent communication skills, and have a strong background in both production and client management.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and oversee the entire production process, from pre-production to postproduction.
Collaborate with stakeholders to execute their creative vision, ensuring all projects align with company brand and goals.
Manage and mentor a team of editors, producers, and other production staff.
Handle client interactions, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded, particularly in the realm of branded content.
Work closely with brands to develop and produce branded content that resonates with target audiences.
Supervise the scripting, sound, lighting, and editing processes to ensure the highest quality output.
Maintain and expand a network of industry contacts to keep at the forefront of media production trends.
Oversee the production of both internal publicity content and commercial projects.
Ensure all productions are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Media Production, Film, Communications, or a related field.
Proven experience in content production, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of projects.
In-depth knowledge of post-production, sound design, lighting, and scripting.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with fluency in English.
Strong client management skills with a proven track record in handling branded content. Ability to lead and inspire a team while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Well-connected within the media and production industry.
