Product/Sales Training Manager
We are hiring an enthusiastic and skilled Product/Sales Training Manager with at least 3-5 years of experience in product, sales, and training management within the pharmaceutical industry.
What required:
  • Design and deliver training programs for product knowledge and sales techniques to optimize team performance across Pakistan.
  • Develop training materials and resources aligned with company products and market needs.
  • Conduct assessments to gauge training effectiveness and support continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with product management and sales teams to integrate training into broader business objectives.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, product advancements, and competitive landscape to ensure relevant training content.
  • Planned extensive traveling across Pakistan according to the approved quarter/ bi-annual/ annual training calendar.
What you bring to us:
  • Bachelor’s degree (advanced degree preferred).
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in product, sales, and training management in the pharmaceutical sector.
  • Proven track record in developing impactful training programs.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
