Proto IT Consultants is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Project Manager to join our team in the Abbottabad office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing multiple teams and ensuring project delivery meets the company's standards and client expectations. This role requires a strong leader with excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, plan, and oversee projects to ensure on-time delivery.
• Manage and coordinate teams to achieve project goals.
• Establish clear expectations and timelines with team members.
• Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between departments.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks and obstacles.
• Monitor project performance using project management tools and techniques.
• Ensure all project documentation is complete and accurate.
• Liaise with clients to understand requirements and provide updates.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree: Required.
• Experience: Proven experience in project management or a similar role.
• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Urdu.
• Leadership Abilities: Ability to take ownership, manage responsibilities, and motivate teams.
• Interpersonal Skills: Good interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Experience in working with diverse teams and departments.
• Task Management: Strong knowledge of task management principles.
• Project Management Tools: Proficiency in project management software like Jira, Asana, Trello, or Monday.com is a plus.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Time Management: Effective time management and organizational skills.
