Job Purpose
We are seeking a dedicated Project Trainee to join our Warehouse team. This role will support various activities related to GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) audits and routine dispensing operations. The Project Trainee will work closely with warehouse staff, ensuring smooth coordination and support in daily tasks.

Education, Experience & Skills

Degree in a relevant field (Pharm-D or bachelors)
Basic understanding of GMP, QMS, and EHS principles
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point).
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Basic problem-solving skills.
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Support Level L1 Quality Management System (QMS) and Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) activities.
Help maintain compliance with GMP standards.
Assist in implementing and monitoring QMS/EHS protocols.
Assist in day-to-day warehouse operations.
Support in conducting GEMBA & ensure governance over 3P.
Monitor and updating of performance board regularly.
Track key performance indicators & ensure timely closure of actions.
Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Provide general support to warehouse staff as needed.
Support in preparing different analysis on different data related to logistics & operations.
Assist in preparing presentations on key deliverables.
