Python Developer

We are looking for a skilled Python Developer to join our team and support the development of a robust software solution tailored for microfinance institutions. This role requires expertise in Python, Django, and Fast API, as well as experience with Oracle databases. The ideal candidate will work closely with our team to design, develop, and implement features that cater specifically to the needs of a microfinance environment, ensuring secure, efficient, and user-friendly operations.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain web applications using Django and Fast API frameworks.
- Integrate and optimize Oracle databases to support large datasets and complex financial operations.
- Implement business logic tailored to microfinance needs, including loan processing, client management, and reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deploy new features.
- Write efficient, reusable, and reliable code emphasizing scalability and performance.
- Conduct testing, debugging, and performance tuning to ensure high level of data security and system reliability.
- Develop RESTful APIs for secure data sharing and access.
- Document processes and provide training/support as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience as a Python Developer, with strong proficiency in Django and Fast API.
- Proficient in Oracle database design and management, with experience in data modeling and performance optimization.
- Familiarity with microfinance or financial services applications is a strong plus.
- Experience with RESTful API development and third-party integrations.
- Knowledge of secure coding practices, especially related to financial data.
- Ability to write clear, concise, and maintainable code.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Experience in microfinance or financial application development.
- Familiarity with cloud deployment and server management.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or other containerization tools.

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
